If a flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
Flower Care
• Keep flowers in a cool room, away from radiators, direct sunlight and other heat sources.
• For flower bags and boxes, we recommend keeping the arrangement in its original packaging, which is designed to retain moisture and help keep the flowers fresh. The water is prepared with quality flower food.
• Check the water regularly and refresh it every other day where possible.
• If removing flowers from their packaging, trim the stems before placing them into fresh water.
• Prefer flowers specifically for a vase? Our Hand-Tied Bouquets are the best choice.
