Each arrangement is carefully placed into a protective delivery box with special care handles for our drivers, ensuring safe transport across the country. Flowers will come with wet tissue paper, please remove it, cut stems and fill with a cup or two of water.
Collection: Available from our shop - perfect if you'd like to collect your beautiful arrangement in person.

Your arrangement will arrive with the stems kept fresh using wet tissue in a protective bag. Upon delivery, please follow these simple steps:
- Remove the protective bag and wet tissue from around the stems
- Cut the stems approximately 1-2cm on a slant for optimal water absorption
- The arrangement is already treated with flower food - simply top up with fresh water as needed
- Display immediately - they'll be ready to enjoy!

As flowers are a natural product, colours, sizes and varieties may vary from photographs depending on seasonal and daily availability. During peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Valentines Day and Christmas, flower sizes and varieties may also vary due to seasonal pricing, while we aim to maintain the same overall stem count and value.
Care Instructions
• Keep flowers in a cool room away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Change the water every other day and trim the stems every 2–3 days for best results.Refunds & Issues
• If there is an issue with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, preferably with photographs.
• Where a replacement or refund is agreed, the original flowers and packaging must be returned to us so we can inspect the flowers and, where necessary, report quality issues to our suppliers.
• Any replacement will be arranged once the original arrangement has been returned.
• We cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect delivery information, missed deliveries, or flowers that have not been cared for or have been kept in unsuitable conditions.
