Each bag will be completely unique, allowing our florist to choose the best seasonal flowers and colours available to create a pretty, fresh arrangement for you.

Flower Food Included: Flower food is added to the water to help keep your flowers fresh for longer.
Flower Bag Measurements: Approximately 30cm high × 30cm wide × 30cm deep. As each arrangement is individually made using seasonal flowers, measurements may vary slightly.

    Minimum Order:
    • £15 minimum spend is available for selected products delivered within 1 mile in Wallasey only.
    • For deliveries outside the 1-mile Wallasey area, the minimum flower order is £20, plus the applicable delivery charge.
    • Your delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.

    Promotional Offers:
    Discount codes, vouchers and promotional offers are available on eligible products priced £20 and over. Promotions cannot be used on our £15 Mini Flower Bags.

    National Delivery: £7.49 – available on all suitable Bouquets, Bags and Boxes. National delivery is not available on Hampers, Envelope Boxes or large Funeral Tributes due to their delicate nature.

    Click & Collect: Free collection from our shop. Orders over £30 must be paid in advance before collection.

    Fresh Flower Notice

    • Flowers are natural and may vary slightly in colour, size or variety depending on daily availability.
    • If a flower is unavailable, we will replace it with the closest suitable alternative of equal or higher value.

    Care Instructions

    • Keep flowers in a cool room away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
    • Change the water every other day and trim the stems every 2–3 days for best results.

    Refunds & Issues

    • Fresh flowers are non-returnable after 24 hours.
    • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph, or bring the flowers back to our shop so we can help.
    • We cannot refund orders due to an incorrect delivery address, missed delivery, or flowers being kept in unsuitable conditions.
