• Click & Collect: Free collection from shop/flower studio. Orders over £30 must be paid in advance before collection.

• Flowers are natural and may vary slightly in colour, size, or variety depending on daily availability.

• If a flower is unavailable, we will replace it with the closest match of equal or higher value.

Care Instructions

• Keep flowers in a cool room away from heat or sunlight.

• Change water every other day and trim stems every 2–3 days for best results.

Refunds & Issues

• Fresh flowers are non-returnable after 24 hours

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo or bring flowers back so we can help.

• We cannot refund orders due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or flowers kept in unsuitable conditions.
