You are welcome to order your MUM funeral flowers online. To ensure your tribute is prepared and delivered correctly, please provide the following information when ordering:

• Name of the person who has passed away if we are delivering directly to a funeral home

• Funeral home name and/or full delivery address

• Date and time of the funeral

• Your card message

Please add these details to your order notes wherever possible.

If your tribute is being delivered to a private address rather than a funeral home, the deceased's name is not required; we simply need the correct delivery details.

If you are unsure about anything, particularly funeral delivery times or arrangements, please give us a call and we can make sure everything is organised correctly.

As we work with fresh flowers, individual varieties and shades within the decorative sprays may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability. Where a particular flower is unavailable, our florist may substitute it with a suitable alternative of a similar style, colour and value while maintaining the overall appearance and quality of the tribute.
