The horse head is traditionally based with fresh white chrysanthemums, with carefully placed floral clusters featuring roses and complementary seasonal flowers. Fresh Flower Notice
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, so varieties and shades may occasionally differ from the photographs. We use different flowers throughout the seasons, including winter and summer varieties, while keeping the overall style and value of your arrangement. If a flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with the closest suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
Flower Care
• Keep flowers in a cool room, away from radiators, direct sunlight and other heat sources.
• For flower bags and boxes, we recommend keeping the arrangement in its original packaging, which is designed to retain moisture and help keep the flowers fresh. The water is prepared with quality flower food.
• Check the water regularly and refresh it every other day where possible.
• If removing flowers from their packaging, trim the stems before placing them into fresh water.

Refunds & Issues
If there is a problem with your flowers, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, and send us a photograph.
Please do not dispose of any flowers or packaging. To assess a quality issue and offer an appropriate refund or replacement, we may need the complete arrangement, including the flowers and original packaging, returned to us for inspection.
We cannot offer refunds for deterioration caused by incorrect care, flowers being left without water, excessive heat, incorrect delivery details or missed delivery.
Fresh flowers are perishable; any change-of-mind return must be made within 24 hours, with the complete arrangement returned in its original condition.
